Project Locations

The primary project site is the existing Oceanside Transit Center at 235 S. Tremont Street.

Additionally, the North County Transit District Headquarters will be relocated from their current location at 810 Mission Avenue as part of the project. As a result, the Mission site will also be redeveloped to create additional mixed-income housing opportunities.
